Bonan Wei is an award-winning designer currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at the Rhode Island School of Design, while conducting research at the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Green Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University. Rooted in industrial design but never confined by it, Bonan’s interests are evolving toward high-performance and intelligent mobility environments—particularly where human-machine interaction meets motion. From immersive product interfaces to speculative mobility concepts, his work explores how design can choreograph both sensation and control.
